My background

I started in the care Industry in 1984 and have had varied roles as a registered manager running services residentially with Adults, Children, and people with Learning Disabilities. I later managed in the community setting in traditional domiciliary care before developing specialist service teams and cluster care across West Kent.

My career path led me to manage Enablement and Hospital Discharge Services in the public sector; this was followed by a post as a Registered Manager for extra care services for a National leading Housing provider. I have a wide range of experience in training, supporting staff and organising teams. This allows me to be a proficient organiser who can meet a wide variety of regulatory requirements including CQC essential standards. I have worked with a number of different companies delivering technology solutions for rosters, payroll, databases, and invoicing and compliance tools. I enjoy making a difference to individuals care experiences and I believe that by using technology correctly, we can make tasks easier to manage for care providers.

We provide external and Independent investigations for Grievance,Discipline and Complaint as well as for Health & Safety Audit and Inspection.
